Getting your garden designed is an exciting time! A good design can create a relaxing and pleasurable space for your family and help realise the garden you always wanted. It is also a big commitment so you want it to be perfectly tailored to your needs and aspirations and know the company you have chosen to guide you through it know what they are doing.
Our vast experience in delivering a wide range of garden design projects ensures we can deliver a professional design service that reflects your your set budget and delivered within a timely manner.
We have extensive experience in creating beautiful garden spaces in small city gardens to large countryside properties in a whole range of styles and themes. Our designers are passionate about what they do and are excited to be a part of your new garden.
How The Design Process Works
The design process usually beings with an initial meeting to discuss your needs and wants. This usually takes place at the proposed site location at a convenient time to you. At the meeting, we will listen to your requirements, suggest the some ideas and provide advise for your project. This will take approximately one hour.
Once we understand your Design requirement, we will submit a Design Fee Proposal for you to consider with no obligation, this will outline our Design Fees and the stages of design work we propose to carry out for you.
Our service is completely tailored to suit you, your home and your requirements so your Design Fee proposal will specify the appropriate stages of the process.
Each Garden/Landscape Design Package offers the most suitable survey type, a client brief, a conceptual stage if required and finally a large format master design together with an outline materials specification to construct the new design.

What To Expect From Us When Designing Your Garden
1. Initial Site Meeting
2. Site Survey
Depending on the level of accuracy required, we will carry out an appropriate survey of the garden, noting existing trees, features and garden levels.
3. Client Brief Meeting
This meeting aims to further refine your requirements and establish a more concrete brief. We will carry out a comprehensive design questionnaire asking you about the future use of the new space, budget, materials, styles, preferences, dislikes etc. to enable us to focus on creating your perfect design.
4. Concept Design & Meeting (optional)
This optional stage is mainly used for clients that have no preference towards style (formal, traditional contemporary or organic layouts). It involves presenting several design concepts for consideration and discussion, with the client free to explore and combine ideas. This process will eventually lead to a final design.
5. Your Master Garden Design
The final stage of the design process is the production of the garden's Master Plan, a detailed plan drawn to scale containing all the elements required to construct the design. The Master Plan comes in a range of sizes, depending on scale, from A0 to A3 and typically CAD drawn. Upon request, a written quotation can be supplied detailing the costs of building the garden along with any other requested design services (Planting plan, Water features, Lighting design, Retaining walls etc.).
